relationships.
Annmarie: C.C. does not like Annmarie. The girl seems to harbor a crush on Lelouch, whom C.C. is very possessive of, and she had the gall to attack C.C. for dressing Lelouch as a girl. More than that, she called C.C. the 'w' word: a witch. C.C. rejected her apology as insipid and unneeded, and she shows little want to reconcile with someone she considers a waste of energy and time.
Kallen: Her fellow Knight and a possible rival in the fight for Lelouch's affections. Although sometimes C.C. can appear almost condescending to Kallen, it's more often to find her teasing the more passionate female about anything in particular that catches her attention. The two seem to get along fine, which means Kallen is one of the few females C.C. finds she can tolerate.
Lelouch: It's hard to describe her relationship with Lelouch. It's not quite friendship and not quite a partnership and not quite a romantic relationship, but it certainly contains elements of all three. C.C. feels Lelouch is the closest person she has ever been to: he knows her name, he's promised to stay by her side, she's saved him, etc. It's difficult to say what she truly feels, but the kiss C.C. gave Lelouch before she left to Purgatorium certainly illuminates a few possibilities. Currently, they are masquerading as lovers to explain the close relationship between them.
Mao: C.C. is the only human that Mao has ever known, the only touch and voice and love. She cared for him when he was young, helped him deal with the Geass she gave him, but when the power fractured his mind, she abandoned him. Later, they met up again and Mao's obsession with C.C. drove him to kidnap her and attempt to kill her (chop her into bits with a chainsaw). Luckily (or unluckily), Lelouch saved her and Mao was killed. C.C. feels nothing for Mao except a sort of irritating pity, though it seems she's beginning to soften a little.
Nathan: It might be suitable to say these two are something of partners-in-crime: maybe due to their age, they seem to find amusement in the behavior of most of the people here. Nathan is a tad more obvious about his amusement, but for the most part, C.C. shares in it too. She might be the more sympathetic of the two. He might be considered one of her few friends here.
